For customers in Christchurch and Canterbury, we start with a site visit where we discuss your needs, including gate style, automation preferences, and design ideas. After taking measurements on-site, we’ll send you a design proposal and quote for your approval.
Once you accept, we’ll return for final measurements, order materials, and begin fabrication. After that, we schedule installation. Please note that repairs are only available in the Canterbury region.
For customers outside Canterbury, simply send us the dimensions and photos of your gate area, along with any design ideas, automation preferences, and your budget. Based on this information, we’ll provide an estimate. If you're happy with it, we’ll arrange a site visit to confirm the details. We’re happy to travel anywhere in the South Island for this, and once everything is finalised, we’ll send you a direct quote.
After your approval, we’ll begin fabrication and schedule installation based on your availability. We consider factors like the slope of your section, the area size, and any necessary groundwork when providing an accurate quote.
